This piece was created for Claude through his wife Isabelle.  This character welcomes their guests in their beautiful home to enjoy a flavourful cup of espresso.  Claude loves great coffee! Therefore he deserves a certain respect. Besides this outstanding distinction, he studied at the prestigious Montreal’s Ecole Polytechnique (Polytechnical School).
