CARMEN - 30” X 48” - Acrylic et mixte media on canvas. This painting will be auctioned at the annual benefit gala of the Orchestre Classique de Montréal from June 8th to June 22nd. This year, the OCM honours the great Sharon Azrieli, renowned soprano, philanthropist and chair emeritus of the OCM board council. In order to honour Mrs Azrieli, I found appropriate to create my version of the character CARMEN from the popular opera of the same name.
