MON SAINT-LAURENT

MON SAINT-LAURENT – 35” X 45” – Acrylic and Mixed Media on Wood This painting is part of my AZUL collection and pays tribute to the Saint Lawrence River and the city of Montreal. Between the layers of paint, you’ll discover an illustration of our favourite explorer, Jacques Cartier, along with a map of the island of Montreal and its metro system. I’ve also included the musical score and lyrics of one of the most famous songs by Leonard Cohen, a Montreal icon. To enhance the texture, I’ve added burlap, plaster, and pebbles reminiscent of the riverbed.

La Mujer Fuerte

La Mujer Fuerte - 24" x 30" – Acrylic and mixed techniques on wood I present my smallest version of Frida to date. This strong woman (La mujer Fuerte) inspired Mexican women through her art and her life. She explored themes such as gender roles and female independence, remaining an enduring symbol of strength and personal expression.

Symphony of love

SYMPHONY OF LOVE - 24" x 36" - Acrylic and mixed media on wood In this creation, I present a colourful composition of roses, where the elegance of each petal narrates tales of love. Atop this arrangement, a gentle dove takes center stage, symbolizing your loved one. Against a pristine white backdrop, the vibrant red hues infuse the painting with passion and ardor.
