This custom piece was painted for people who honor Life with a capital « L ». It now enhances the kitchen’s character. In fact, we can identify the label of a Châteauneuf du Pape, a recipe of a French Onion Soup au gratin (SAMSON’s favourite), a mouth, with which we taste and savour many delicious things. A bumble bee is set on the pear to represent the beehive found in the backyard. The rooster implies the French Emblem (Quebec being a French colony).
