Wild Flowers

WILD FLOWERS : 30” X 24” – Acrylic and mixed media on canvas.

Here it is, FLEURS SAUVAGES (wild flowers) phase 2. This version is more textured, more expressive and even more vibrant. If you need to enhance a small corner of your environment, don’t hesitate to contact me.

I have entitled this piece WILD FLOWERS for the unexpected conception of its blossoms as well as to emphasize the subtle presence of the dove and the bee in this fauve composition.

Note: Embedded within the layers of paint, you will find an article of the newspaper La Presse (Pierre Foglia: “T’es belle” (you’re beautiful), article of the magazine Vélo-Urbain (Vélo-Quebec), Map of the city of Sherbrooke (Quebec), fabric from my mother-in-law (New-Brunswick) and burlap as texture.
