This French expression “to fall in the apples” means to faint or, in this case, to be flabbergasted or go into ecstasy. Well, this painting, says it all. This young actor and model, in his spare time, has been painted several times in my different versions of “FRIDA AND HER CAT”. He was looking forward to his new role, so here it is!
