Symphony of love

SYMPHONY OF LOVE - 24" x 36" - Acrylic and mixed media on wood In this creation, I present a colourful composition of roses, where the elegance of each petal narrates tales of love. Atop this arrangement, a gentle dove takes center stage, symbolizing your loved one. Against a pristine white backdrop, the vibrant red hues infuse the painting with passion and ardor. Embedded within the layers of paint, you will discover the partitions and musical scores of the timeless love melodies of "Hymne à l'amour" and "La Vie En Rose" by Edith Piaf, as well as the enchanting "Habanera"…

fleurs sur méditerranée

Fleurs sur méditerranée - 20” x 28” – Acrylic and mixed media on canvas. This floral arrangement with a perched dove was inspired by several paintings of this style that I painted in the past. This time, the flowers composed of pink, salmon and purple tones harmonize very well with the light blue sky shimmering on the calming turquoise of the Mediterranean Sea. Between the layers of paint, you will find newspaper articles, crossword puzzles as well as comics of our famous Quebec cartoonist Michel Rebagliati. Texture: plaster and fabrics from my mother-in-law.
